FJA Designs is a Sydney building design and drafting studio based in Oran Park. We help homeowners, builders and developers bring residential projects to life across Sydney, the Macarthur region and NSW.
Fernando Arriola founded FJA Designs after more than 25 years in the building design and construction industry. His goal was to offer clients something simple but often difficult to find—experienced design advice, honest communication and personal support throughout the entire process.
Today, FJA Designs is a close-knit team comprising Fernando, Mark and Tanya. Fernando and Mark each bring more than 25 years of industry experience, while Tanya coordinates our projects, consultants and approval requirements to help keep everything organised and moving forward.
We specialise in custom homes, new homes, duplexes and dual occupancies, granny flats, first-floor additions, renovations and residential alterations. Every design is developed around the client’s lifestyle, site conditions, budget and the relevant NSW planning requirements.
Our involvement can continue beyond the initial design. We prepare DA and CDC approval plans, tender drawings and construction documentation, while coordinating with town planners, certifiers, engineers and other specialist consultants where required.
