FJA Designs is a Sydney-based, owner-led building design and drafting studio led by Fernando Arriola. Our team brings more than 25 years of industry experience across custom homes, duplexes, multi-dwelling projects, renovations and additions.
We believe good design is about more than how a building looks. It must respond to the site, suit the way people live, work within the client’s budget and have a clear pathway through planning and approval.
